SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Order Processing and Shipment:

All in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

 

Standard Delivery:

Our standard delivery service is PostNL (Please inform us if you are interested in another service or sending a courier) Delivery times depend on your location. A Track and Trace number will be provided for you to follow the progress of your shipment

 

Return Policy:
If the customer paid for insurance, damaged products can be returned within one week of delivery. Please send us a picture of the damage via e-mail or WhatsApp. Depending on the type of damage the customer may be required to send the product back. In this case they will have to pay the costs of return shipping, but will be reimbursed within 72 hours of us receiving the shipment.

If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, we ask them to contact us with the reason they are unhappy within one week. Color discrepancy and size issues will not be accepted as reasons. The client is required to repackage the product to the same standard in which they received it and return it (insured) within 7 days. Return fees and insurance costs are for the customer, but the original cost of the piece, shipping and insurance will be reimbursed within 72 hours of us receiving the shipment.

If the customer wishes to exchange the piece (not applicable for custom orders), the cost of returning the item will be paid by us and calculated into the cost of sending the new item (this could mean a reimbursement, or a discount on the new charges). We will not accept a second return, except in the case of damaged goods.
